Oh man! I had hoped to go on one of these retreats, but have been in the midst of having 6 grandkids! Could I still go independently without having to get vaxxed? I'm guessing that it will cost more than your group deal.
Book of Daniel and book of Revelations. We are living the last of the church age before Jesus comes for those who put their hope and trust in Him. Although more pain in coming upon this earth my only Hope is in Jesus Christ without Him there is no hope and an eternity in hell. Read Matthew 24 and 1 Thessalonians and 2 Thessalonians and check out Jack Hibbs teachings and Tim Hughes hope for our times.

Be alert~Stay watchful~There are amazing happenings as our worlds are turning upside down and around! Sharing and caring is what is needed, as you do Robyn. Others are 'finding/discovering' better ways to make their lives unfold! Thank you for memories and helpful tips along our way. What I refer to as our Aha Moments~Intuitive Idea Development dr patryce :)
Another reason to be wary of traveling outside the country is that you may have no problem going into the county but if something happens while you’re there you may not make it back home. I worry about that constantly because my husband works jobs in different states. When states started locking down that was a big worry.
I wouldn’t fly unless absolutely necessary with the uncertainties surrounding the pilots getting the shot.
I understand. And we feel the same, having been to Ireland twice in 2019, and England and Scotland as well, once in 2019. I’m also glad I flew to NH, AZ, and NV in 2019. It will probably be the last time on a plane for me, knowing what I know of the airline industry.
Robyn, thank you for your wise perspective and the knowledge you share. My 20 year old daughter has, since age 9, wanted to be a missionary to Europe. Germany in particular, so we've been following closely.
My dad fought 5 campaigns in Europe during WWII. For my parent's 40 wedding anniversary, us kids chipped in and sent them to Europe. Through fortunate events, my dad was able to tour Germany and found some people he had met during the war - and they remembered him and expressed such gratitude.
I don't recognize my country anymore. What a shame that our own occupying government has participated in destroying western civilization. I'm glad my dad isn't alive today to see what has happened.
As a PhD Germanist and German teacher of 30+, I have spent a good portion of my adult life in Germany, and now I will never return. I have visited almost every year for 40 years, for stays that lasted from one month to two years, and traveled all around Europe. After our honeymoon to Germany was canceled in 2020, we ended up moving to Mexico. Best decision of our lives. I do not plan to return to Europe ever again.
I agree with your sentiment but I take it further: Keep boycotting any country that had strict covid lockdown policies AND American businesses that had them as well. If you want a vacation spend your money in red states. #NeverForget #NoAmnesty
I've never been to Europe but my husband has many years ago when he was in college. I've always wanted to go to Italy but since all this crap hit the fan probably only in my dreams! It's interesting too that I am on several Celiac FB travel groups and no one ever mentions Covid or the shots required to travel overseas. Almost like it doesn't exist. It's strange..

If you've never read the Bible it's time.
