There are many. I started with ResultsRNA zeolite spray. They offer a line of detox products like glutathione spray, nano silver, etc. I also have had success with combination products, such as Touchstone Essentials Fulvic Minerals+. Most of us need supplemental minerals, and fulvic and humic acid are great Bioactive Carbon binders to combine with zeolite.

The vaccines all contain aluminum adjuvents. The aluminum salts screw up the zeta potential of the blood causing things like Rouleaux blood cell stacking. If these block blood flow in the brain there will be neurological damage. I have not researched the mercury issues. It very well could be both are causing significant damage.

I thought the US removed mercury from all vaccines except the flu vaccine?

Yeah, I think they may have lied about that. I forget where I was reading about it, maybe something on Children's Health Defense?

I lived in California most of my 60+ years, until a fire destroyed our community and we moved to Utah. I was a volunteer with NVIC in northern CA, and see RFK Jr as a hero in this generation. I’ve recently visited dentists here in Utah, and unable to find a biologic dentist at first, saw a regular practitioner. In expressing my desire not to be exposed to mercury amalgam dust/vapor in the setting, the dentist asked me “oh, are you allergic to heavy metals?” Whaaaaat???!!! How does a trained health professional get through basic science without understanding the damage heavy metals, mercury, aluminum et al….does to living beings? Or is it just psychological adaptation/brainwashing to the ADA for self preservation? Holistic dentists are persecuted by the ADA, their license can be taken away at any time. New info via Dietrich Klinghardt, MD (Klinghardt Institute, Swiss Biodental) TITANIUM IMPLANTS are the same frequency as 5G, which basically places an antenna in your head. But just try to find a dentist who will place zirconia, non metal implants!

Robyn, are there any diets that seem to noticeably help children with mild autism? Conversely, are there foods they should shy away from? Or, is this a case by case, child by child thing?

Please look up my cousins book “Ryan’s Recovery”, by Angie Ward. She all but cured her autistic son with dirt, supplements and some therapies. He still has seizures, but he’s gone from being non verbal, having temper tantrums, etc., to a happy adult who works in a grocery store and likes football and riding his 4 wheeler. I believe her book is available on Amazon.

Have you investigated zeolite, clinoptolite products? Young parents I know have found great success with something called TRS. A spray, it’s easy to administer and has no taste. I used to use chlorella, but research showed it was not as effective getting metals out of the body without “dropping” them along the detox route. Cilantro extract may be a good choice, in addition to using the herb in the diet. Bioactive Carbon has been a game changer for many. Along with a clean diet as Robyn has taught, you likely can reverse the damage. Best wishes.

Actually, I'm using TRS now. I'm not convinced that it's working for me (and that doesn't mean that it won't help other people), but that may be due to my own health issues from all of this being so far advanced.

Krystine, I have tried it as well on another’s recommendation. Personally, I’ve found much more effective zeolite and binder products. However, I’ve seen amazing results in a one year old that was missing her developmental milestones due to heavy metal poisoning from baby food (organic, if you can believe it!) There is a lot of positive anecdotal evidence from parents of very young children affected by heavy metals.

I'll have to go looking for the zeolite, etc. Do you have any recommendations?

I'm not Robyn--and not a medical practitioner, just a mom who's had to deal with environmental poisoning and chemical sensitivities--but I do have some suggestions on foods you could try that would be beneficial:

1. Cilantro is good for detoxing heavy metals and toxic chemicals

2. Probiotics that are specifically formulated for good gut health

3. Fermented foods like yogurt, water or milk kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. There's a lot to choose from here, so if one kind of thing doesn't agree, there should be others that will.

4. raw apple cider vinegar

5. lemon juice is also good for detoxing, and can be sneaked into or added boldly to various recipes. You can even dip apple slices in it with the excuse of not wanting them to turn brown.

Squeezing half a lemon in a glass of water and drinking it is great for flushing toxins out of your system.

6. Beets, sweet potatoes, turnips, and other root vegetables (but not white potatoes) are also very good and contain healthy nutrients that most of us need more of. Beets in particular can help detox your liver. Added bonus: make them lacto-fermented beets for an added tasty and very healthy probiotic component.

7. Certain types of mushrooms can also be beneficial in detoxing. Source them carefully to be sure that they're grown in a healthy medium. Especially, no shredded newsprint or treated lumber.

Foods to be careful with:

1. Dark chocolate has recently been in the news for its heavy metals content.

2. If you eat rice, be careful where you source it from. Rice from the southern U.S. is grown in fields formerly treated (decades ago now) with arsenic. Unfortunately, that arsenic hangs around forever, and it's still contaminating everything raised in those fields! If you already have that rice in your pantry, it's best to rinse it thoroughly before cooking. If you want to avoid the arsenic altogether, buy short grain rice (dry land farmed) from California instead.

Keep in mind that there is also a lot of aluminum in cookware, bakeware, soda cans, some fast food containers and junk food containers. You never want aluminum to touch your food. Cook in stainless or tempered glass, or stoneware, and other non-aluminum options whenever possible. Cover dishes with glass or with parchment if some kind of cover is needed when baking or microwaving.

Aluminum can also hide in things like baking powder, and even Velveeta and nacho cheese. You'll have to read labels and do some research to figure out where it hides and how to avoid it.

If you absolutely have to cook with aluminum foil, place a layer of parchment between it and the food, or buy a roll of the parchment lined aluminum foil and use that. Never store food wrapped in foil.

One final note: Don't make the mistake of thinking that "non-stick" cookware surfaces and plastics are safe. They aren't. It's no use trying to prevent heavy metal poisoning if you're replacing it with other toxic chemicals.

Thank you Robyn for your research. I have read some of the push back on the original document, and I get it, but the truth is still the truth. Money talks and the government and big business listen to our harm. Trusting the those in power both public and private is a fool’s errand.
