Update: three months in, three times each day, 15 reps of the 4 exercises, TOTAL game changer ❣️ I now take stairs 2 at a time wherever i can, dance level and hiking no longer "wind" me. It's the fastest add on exercise and super easy to do, even when traveling. Our grandchildren think we're funny... both doing it and being consistent. Yup!
