I buy loose leaf tea, usually of one "green" variety or another and steep it with one of those ball infusers. I consciously avoid using plastic ware or disposable plastics around any foodstuffs that are heated, as a general rule.
I rip open the tea bags and pour the tea into an infuser. I hope this at last mitigates some of that darn plastic. Also, I read that many teas are loaded with fluoride and maybe arsenic. Do you know if this is true?
I recommend loose leaf organic tea and well water.

I predominantly drink loose leaf tea, organic brands, but it’s disappointing when you open the box and the leaves are in a plastic sealed bag 🤦🏻♀️
Well, at least you don't have to cook it in the plastic.
I agree. A good filter should filter put the undesirables in the tap water.
