Hi Robyn, I usually listen your vibe podcast. Would you do a follow-up with your friend in Utah? His parents are both doctors in India. I was just curious what's going on in India right now. Regards to you.

Robyn, what do you suggest for gallbladder attacks? Having one now. My blood work shows I’m anemic, dehydrated and I eat copious amounts of ice. I get so many mixed opinions on removal/save it every time this happens - but when I’m in severe pain I certainly consider it more of an option.

Robyn, thank you so much for writing this article. It really hit home! I will dive in - no more excuses. I love you and your work... I really do. I will help spread the word. This is the key. The bridge to understanding our health and personal responsibility.

I forgot to mention the online insulin summit that began airing on line yesterday. These are not the days to be sick and weak. Diabetes Coach, Dr. Brian Mowll is hosting this event. The air date is from 10/10/22-10/16/22. I was reminded by Dr. Perlmutter on one of yesterday's episodes about the importance of keeping uric acid levels under control. I learned from the Cleveland Clinic that excessive amounts of uric acid in the blood can lead to insulin resistance which can lead to prediabetes which can lead to type 2 diabetes.

Based on my brief research on uric acid yesterday. Too much or too little in the bloodstream could contribute to health issues. And there's actually a uric acid test kit available for home testing! Interested parties can visit https://insulinresistance.byhealthmeans.com to learn more about insulin resistance.

Another good article Robin. I think Solger was on the list of the pharma bought off supplement companies. I've only bought one product from them and that was quercetin. I may have one or two bottles left. Don't plan on buying anymore of that brand. I don't recall buying any of the other supplement brands on the pharma 14 list. There may come a day I may have to abandon them all for some unforeseen reason. I know if folks like Sen. Dick Durban has his way. Supplements will be as expensive as pharma drugs, or will only be available by a pharma prescription only.

About some of the "alternative" practitioners. I think I already told Robin that I get no less than 4 or 5 emails from most of those people every week. I joined most of those because of health summits I've watched and purchased.. Sometimes they will email articles or videos that interest me. I'm not as medically educated as Robyn or the email lists docs I subscribe to. But I have learned more about health and medicine than I knew before I started watching videos of honest medical practitioners. And I'll take Robyn and my summit doctors health and medical information any day over anything pathological liars speak about anything on or off the TV.

"A supplement is assumed to be “the answer,” for natural health fans. But it’s really just a twist on the old pharma pill-for-every-ill doctrine."

When you stop and really contemplate how pervasive - damn near universal - this attitude and belief really is... my God, what amazingly effective medical marketing and in-doc-trination across the whole planet.

Putting it all together:

- the immense fear of disease, pain and suffering

- the religious tendency to believe in magic and miracles

- the desperate avoidance of accountability and responsibility

- the reframing of victimhood into a virtue

- the glorification of entitlement mentality

- and the simple sloth and laziness of many people

equals the amazing effectiveness of a century of medical marketing.

The answer?

It seems to me that the mature real adults who DO fully embrace accountability and responsibility must DEMAND the same from everyone else, in every interaction.

Contrary to emotion-saturated progressive attitudes about life and society, demanding accountability and responsibility requires being willing to hurt people's feelings... if people are to grow up and actually become adults.

I'm definitely more cautious about what I buy from whom these days. I'm researching on learning how to grow my own medicines. Due to the crazy times we live in. No one can be sure how long the handful of trusted suppliers will be around.

I forgot to mention too the possibility of suppliers not being able to get source materials. One of my trusted suppliers dropped their dandelion root product because sourcing issues this year.
