Thanks for sharing your detailed menu for the day! I have adapted the same philosophy of 75 to 80% raw highly nutritious food every day. It’s just the easiest way to get it all in and you can drink it on the go no matter what your day brings. I usually have a cooked meal in the early evening Consisting of something like a sweet potato and steamed asparagus. I wish I had the discipline that you do to eat earlier. That is my next goal!
