Having been the “GreenSmoothieGirl” online for 16 years now, you’d think that the impact of teaching green smoothies is the thing I hear MOST about, from people.
And it may be. Though I want to share a contender, today, of something people also constantly write me about.

Certainly tens of thousands of people have adopted the green-smoothie habit, since I embarked on what became a 450-city speaking tour that lasted 6 years! Or they at least join us a couple of times a year, in our 9-Day Green Smoothie Challenge.
I had full custody of my four minor children the whole time I was out on lecture tour.
When their dad had them, two weekends per month, I’d hit the road, and speak in Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, and Ft. Lauderdale in 3 days, for instance. Then fly home to pick my kids back up. (Sometimes I’d speak in only 3 cities. Once, I did 10 cities in a row, in about a week.)
This is not something you do, after having spent 4 years in bed, unless you’ve truly recovered and are living in the high vibrations, with “toxic body burden” WAY down, and enjoying fantastic energy and health.
What I wanted, going out on the road, was to share with people HOW I DID IT.
But I digress. There’s a contender (with the green-smoothie education) for the thing people write me about most often, thanking me for my work.
It’s all about a strange little product called Black Salve, which my mother and grandmother used to eliminate skin cancers and pre-cancers.
Recently, I wrote a Substack post showing the gory photos of my burning another 7 pre-cancers off my forehead. And I told you exactly how I do it, and what to expect.
And I reiterated multiple times that I am not giving medical advice; I am simply educating you how I’ve stayed out of dermatology clinics and solved my own problems, after literally hundreds of sunburns in my adolescence and young adulthood put me at great risk for skin cancer, for the rest of my life.
I was talking to one of my neighbors on the beach last weekend, who tragically looks about 20 years older than her boyfriend. She looks to be in her late 70s, with all kinds of sun-related trauma evident on her face, but I’m guessing she may be more like early 60s.
(I can relate about her partner looking younger, since I married a man 13.5 years younger than I am, who actually looks 15 years younger than he is. There’s not much I can do, about my race being one that shows our aging — and his doesn’t.)
I realize a few people will want to lecture me about how it’s not “tragic” to look 20 or 30 years older than your partner. While I understand your point, try for a while “doing life” with someone who people in every room you walk into think is your son, and get back to me on that.
(I didn’t invent this “anti-aging”-obsessed swimming pool; I just have to swim in it.)
In talking to this neighbor, I learned that she has a standing twice-monthly dermatologist appointment, where she constantly gets Mohs surgeries (a popular skin-cancer procedure, named after Frederic Mohs, MD) constantly!
She has not had skin cancers come back after being burned off (I have! I STARTED in the derm office — not with the cutting strategies, but with the burning. They’d burn off my pre-cancers and they’d come right back, but worse!)
The Mohs surgery is very painful and involves scarring as a frequent side effect.
(Black Salve can also leave scars. Most of the 40-ish spots I’ve burned off in the last 15 to 20 years are just small whiter spots that you wouldn’t see on my face when I wear makeup — and probably not even without makeup.
If I let them go till they become full-blown basal cell or squamous cell cancers, they’re more likely to cause a keloid scar, after applying Black Salve, simply because there’s more to kill. I have two visible scars, from the 40-ish spots I’ve had to burn off. One is on my nose, and one is on my chest.)
I do not have a “recipe” for Black Salve (I get DMs every day asking). Nor do I sell or profit from the product known as Black Salve.
You can call Barlow’s Herbal in the USA and ask them for that product. They do not advertise it front-facing, on the internet, for the obvious reasons. (Or, if it isn’t obvious: pharma doesn’t like competition.)
Anyway, after that Substack article was released to thousands of subscribers, YouTube deleted my 10-year-old video and sent me to YouTube jail.
We had already lost 95% of our organic traffic on the internet by 2020, as Google reorganized search results to favor All Things Pro-Pharma.
We continue to fight the good fight, to educate people about their alternatives to the Pharma / western medicine worldview.
Thank you to Substack for also fighting the good fight, representing free speech for the dissident thinkers — and here’s the video that YouTube took down, on another platform:
How To Get Rid of Skin Cancer Naturally
You want to learn this stuff now, because the pressure on those of us who provide alternative viewpoints gets more fierce every month; truly holistic philosophy is disappearing out of the public narrative.
If you subscribe to my Substack channel, every new blog post comes to your Inbox. We don’t require a paid subscription, because not everyone can, and my main goal is just to share my 30 years of research and experience. If you can, and if my work benefits you, please consider subscribing for $10/mo or giving a one-time donation. Thank you! And, please assume that some of the links I may share, compensate my small business.
I don’t agree what was said about our previous former President T! I believe he was best we ever had. So he makes a minor mistake on co - shot.. he’s not perfect.. he’s not God…he did what he thought was best from our corrupt pharmacy and govt so give him some space and respect. Our America was the best it’s ever been in the last 40 of my 80 yrs thanks to President T!
What are the ingredients?
