I'm not sure if this is going to let me comment--but I'm going to try, because I disagree with you about Gab being an echo chamber. There is steadily growing traffic on Gab, and Gab is actively working on developing functionality like GabPay and a marketplace that can really benefit businesses.

Their advertising costs are too steep for me, but--you might want to give them a second look too. The audiences on Gab are very supportive!

Then, there's MeWe. You may not know about it because it's one of the best kept secrets on the internet. Your personal page isn't probably going to get a lot of attention unless you really work at it, but the paid business pages are only $1.99/month--how can you lose when the deal is that good, right?

The real action, though, is in the groups. MeWe does a great job with groups, and--if you find the right ones or create the right kind for yourself, it can be a really positive experience.

Then, there's LinkedIn, which is still around and going strong. And also sometimes censoring people but not nearly to the same extent as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Anyway, if you aren't posting on LinkedIn, and working on building your audience there, you should.

The point here is not that you should abandon Facebook this minute and never look back, but that you can't afford not to grow your business on multiple social media platforms, because inevitably Facebook isn't going to be there for you a few years from now. They're committed to killing their own golden goose over there. If you're cross-posting to other platforms, your business will be less likely to go under when they finally do unravel completely.

And, while you're working on spreading your social media presence broader and deeper, don't forget that Google is not the only search engine or browser platform out there. What is your listing like on Bing? What about in Firefox or Safari?

As far as search engines go that are committed to not censoring results, Seekr.com is a much better search engine than any of the rest that are out there. Brave is runner up.

With all of my blah blahblahing here today. I don't know if I thought of this earlier or not. But I'm writing now before this thought escapes my mind. I'm not trying to tell you how to run your business by any means. I've never had any businesses besides personal business. So I wouldn't expect a business person to run to me for business advice. Neither would I normally volunteer to try to second guess at giving business advice.

Ok. Here is a possible bright idea. I'm thinking that you may have an audience and future customers on the dark web. Remember that I wrote earlier how two people I follow put up mirror sites on the dark web about 2 years ago. I don't remember mentioning the 2 years ago part. But I did mention the 2 people. They are Mike Adams of natural news and Brian Shilvehy of impact news. I think their reasons for doing so was because of the crazy censorship that started under Trump. Those guys wanted to make sure that if their sites were forced off the normal web. They had a chance of staying online on the dark web, where again I hear there is no censorship.

I have no idea how Mike and Brian's businesses are profiting off the dark web. But I believe they are reaching people who may venture there. I will get back to you once I investigate that area. You may have some future business there. Just saying. And remember me when you get rich. Good night.

Yes! Thank you for bringing this information together for all of us! I started my business 2 years ago and did not want to use Facebook, but as you said, no other social media platform is as large and has so many tools. They have slowly been taking some of those privileges away - like saving all live videos. Thank goodness I got a heads up that that was about to happen so I could record and save them to Vimeo. It is so difficult to get away from this massive censorship and suppression of health information. Thank goodness I had the wherewithal to save all of my direct website links to my sources or I would never find them today! I share those links with everyone I can!

Happy New Years Robin! I had no idea that it was so hard for good honest folks to make a decent living on the net these days. I'm just hoping that I'll be gone from this world before the universal digital currency and the international passports of whatever begins. The only way I could see godly and honest people surviving would have to be in the realm of the supernatural. I'm sure that me and many others could survive that ordeal if God wanted to leave us in that world for some reason.

I'm not so sure I would have known of so many honest people such as yourself, if I hadn't been searching for truth and truth-tellers prior to 2010. I only use Google when I'm looking for non-medicinal products. I usually use start page. Duck duck go is just a mini Google in my book. I have used the Russian yandex search engine, and find it far better than Google. Sorry I didn't save some of those "conspiracy theorists" videos and web pages prior to 2020. The content I find now from those people is almost non-existent on the regular internet.

And that is one of the reasons I'll be heading over to the dark web as soon as I get my VPN and antivirus software set up on my PC. Two people I follow put mirrors of their sites on the dark web. I hear that the crazed ruling classes have no control over that medium. Also, I believe that I will find info on the dark net that may never if ever see the light of day on the regular web. I hear too that there's no censorship on the dark web. I wouldn't do any type of financial transactions there though.

I haven't posted too much on my substack account since I've had it. I could put plenty more there if I mentally felt like it. I didn't have any customers or followers before I created my substack account. Not enough subscribers to motivate me to invest hundreds of hours of my time writing on my substack. But I will head on over there to wish my subscribers and future visitors a happy New Years today. I'm sort of hoping that one day in the future. Something I've said, done or written will turn out to be a blessing to someone.

It sounds and looks like it's getting ready to rain again in my area. If weather weapons are being used in my area, which I've suspected for years. Maybe the geoengineers will give it a rest if they succeed in turning this region into a river or an ocean. I went from minimal sun yesterday to no sun today. At least the deep freeze left my area before this past weekend.

I've heard more talk recently about the sun dimming project. I first heard of that folly about 5 years ago. Since we supposedly have such a bad issue with climate change. The sun needs to be dimmed to direct the sun's rays away from the earth. Those of us who have lived long enough know what happens when people start playing devil's advocate who are too foolish to leave well enough alone. It's not usually their goal to make life or anything on earth better anyway. Be sure to visit geoengineeringwatch.com to read up on human manipulated weather. Blessings in your life and business(s).

I use Ecosia as a search engine both on my old iPhone and new MacBook. As a tech pro for 35+ years THIS is ALL near and dear to my heart, Robyn! Thank YOU for bringing this 600 pound elephant in the room to the forefront of my mind today (as I wasn’t aware the extent of the issue and I do subscribe to you and probably fifty other natural, alternative, functional, and integrative holistic health providers/outlets, plus spiritual, self-help, and transformation/enlightened providers--I have a list on my website).

I am all for building a better mousetrap (and am very aware of the implications) and agree our energies are better spent looking ahead and building/co-creating a new outlet than resisting the behemoths who have Billions at their disposal, not to mention the mass psychosis and MSM winds driving their sails (pun: sales)!

I've been screaming in my head everything that you wrote in your article!

I know in my heart that change is coming, and by that I mean good change.

In the mean time, I just pray ALL THE TIME. Evil will not win this battle.

Amen! Weeping may endure for a night. But joy cometh in the morning per the Book Of The Psalms. I've learned to live with the devilish insanity since it's not going away before the return of Jesus. These evil days were prophesied over 2,000 years ago.
