Forgot to mention earlier that most of us know that there is no one magic pill that will make everything go away. It's usually a combination of things in the right dosages. Certain essential oils are reportedly helpful in dealing with anxiety and depression. We should never forget these weapons against disease in alternative medicine. The amino acid glycine may also help with anxiety as well as being useful as a detoxifying agent. And if scoundrels manage to succeed in banishing any or all natural medicines. They shouldn't expect everyone to run to big pharma for relief with their track record.

There are certainly lots of better alternative remedies for several health issues available than the bill of goods we're usually told about. If a person can get as good or better results with minimal to no side effects versus the pharma stuff. By all means I say go for it which I do anyway myself. I have never heard of Kratom as there are several other remedies I haven't heard of yet either.

Marjorie Wildcraft swears by the amino acid GABA for anxiety. But there may be certain bodies that may not be able to handle GABA. Tryptophan is another amino acid that may be helpful with anxiety. It could be too that a body may be deficient in the essential or non-essential amino acids which could be a contributor to various health issues.

Ashwaganda reportedly helps with stress, anxiety, high blood pressure and a couple of other health issues. I need to try that one. However, it may not be wise to take ashwaganda day after day after day. I have supplements such as elderberry where caution has been given about the short term use of that, and other remedies in order to avoid creating problems one didn't have in the first place. I get it too that one man's medicine is another man's poison. And things such as people taking pharma meds, or dealing with certain health issues may not be the best candidates for some natural medicines.

B vitamins overall may be helpful with anxiety too. I refer to B vitamins as part of my stamina, brain, heart, blood and nervous system medication. Then too, we may need to look into remedies to help balance our hormones which out of whack ones can play a negative role in other health issues. Green Smoothie Girl. Seeing that you have been gifted with the knowledge to fight against and beat pathogens, parasites and diseases through proper medical protocols without killing yourself or making things worse. I am sure that you will find the right natural medicine combination that will knock out that anxiety. One way that I minimize anxiety is to take breaks from unpleasant news. At least one day a week. Sure I want to know what's going on in the world. But I can't feed or medicate on that negativity day after day. It will drain your psychological health, because most of us can't change the evil path that the world is on anyway. We will be doing well if we can even convince one person to work with a doctor who may be able to help them heal and get off the medications. As a believer in Christ. One of the best things we can do is to apply Phillipians Chapter 4 versus 5-8 to our daily lives.

I suggest focusing on the recovery because if we wait until the troubles pass before we decide that we won't have a moment of peace or happiness until that day arrives. We could very well find ourselves living in a state of unhappiness and anxiety for a very long time. And on and on from one battle to the next one. In other words. The best psychology for me is to be ever mindful of the good and the blessings in my life and in the world. And by the grace of God not allow myself to be swept away or buried by personal problems I have no control over nor can change for the better. I have the same mindset towards the rest of the chaos beyond my control on earth.

Though this is another great alternative for dealing with anxiety and other conditions, be more conservative in dosing at first with this than you might be with other supplements. A good friend felt like she was having a heart attack after taking 6mg. My son (21 yrs, 5'9" 135 lbs) took 4mg on an empty stomach and was nauseous and vomiting a few hours later. I am not against kratom, just wanting to share what happened so that you can hopefully avoid starting out at too high a dose.

What can I do to try/get Kratom from your source? I have lots of pain from Dr. giving me a 6 month shot of Hyaluronic acid! (Gel shot!!??). My body aggresively reacted. Every joint in my body aches and is painful. I also have other health issues. I do not take pharmaceuticals, untaxed and right in line with your thinking. From Texas but legally did get CBD/THC gunny and oil but don't really see much relief.

Thank you again, for being so honest and forthcoming. I used to sell it in my store years ago and I loved the feeling...incredible. I did find that if I had a glass of wine or a beer with it I would throw up....yikes...that stopped me from using it again. But with your thoughts around it, I am going to try again. I rarely ever have a glass of wine anymore and will just never do it with the kratom....thanks! Excited to try it again!

Robyn, thank you for once again being so honest in your vulnerability to give us a peek into your real world and how you manage your life. I have lived such a parallel life to yours but with not the success you have experienced. I powered through getting my BA degree from BYU in 81 with a 6 week old baby in my arms. I looked like your picture as a new mom... overweight and inflamed. I thought I was powerless for too many years.... 3 more children, a failed marriage, left the religion of 6 generations in my family... ‘thought’ I was reasonably healthy with organic eating... felt the same about the entire Covid lie... vaccinations...

lost so many friends and family these last 3 years...

struggled with NO help line for managing it because I do terrible with any substance that alters me, am against pharma and now at 65 am 50 lbs overweight, struggle with depression and feeling sane in this darn world.

So thank you, for your honesty. I honor your journey for being one that allows you the empathy to give others the courage to once again thrive. I’m starting the detox on Saturday and look forward to blessing my OWN body with the opportunity to heal itself. I look forward to trying out Kratom to help me.

I’m not retired because of finances but have this solid dream that I have really important things ahead of me to accomplish. I help manage a team of 35 postpartum doulas and work nights and am doing a crypto academy to educate myself in this new paradigm of money. My next decade is going to be very full with learning, doing, creating, and being involved with what it takes to help in the movement of personal sovereignty in a world of our eroded rights !!!

Please accept this compliment of being a true heroine in my life!!

Love Tamra

I know John bush, great guy! and so is Brave Botanicals, I highly recommend them. I do think kratom can really be helpful. Might I also suggest a way to regulate the anxiety that is profound? So maybe a both/and, and perhaps not needing kratom eventually. Self-Havening is what I believe will save this world, save our brains as we live in this increasingly intense world. I've been in the healing arena 30+ years and this is the best tool I have ever found for healing yourself, down regulating the stress and anxiety cycle....and instead producing seratonin, oxytocin, dopamine and gaba. All you need are your own hands to create delta waves and then breathings, maybe some brain games. please, if you want better mental/emotional health, read this: https://havening.org/resources/documents/What_is_havening.pdf.

As long as it’s clean and pure, however, looking at the metabolites seen in urine there are many of my patients that come in with lots of bad stuff found in their urine due to what is “cut” into the Kratom. And because it’s an opioid, many patients don’t realize of they test positive for mitragynine , they will not be able to fill their opioid medication. I’m okay with that. Don’t know I’ma fan of either.

It's apparently quite clean and pure. This, from John Bush:

"We've been using the same farmer in Indonesia for three years now. There's no chemicals or pesticides. It's almost wild grown, essentially, because it just grows so easily in that region that there's no need for it. It’s just powdered and dried leaves from big trees. Our supplier tests all of our stuff for heavy metals, impurities, salmonella, etc. Big companies and head shops import it in huge, huge, huge bulk amounts, and it sits in a warehouse. Then they package it up and it sits on the shelves. My particular source is growing and scaling, but we're still constantly bringing in pretty routinely the fresh stuff from Indonesia."
