My Kids Were In and Out of Peds Offices Until …
(“Well Baby Visits” Is Code for Vax Opportunity)
Until 1997, I was a proud parent of two “fully vaccinated” small children.
That’s what good parents did! We went to our “well baby” checkups!
It was only years later, through loads of hard experience, that I realized that “well baby visit” is a code phrase for “opportunity to inject with 3, 6, or 9 doses of poison, having little to nothing to do with ‘wellness.’”

(I mean, they’ll measure the height of your children, weigh them, and tell you where they rank compared to average — which has little to do with anything, beyond heredity. And they’ll palpate your child’s tonsils, helping you feel like they’re doing “screenings,” to obscure the fact that literally most of their revenue from your visit comes from the injections.)
Most parents get to the end of their lives without realizing the “marketing funnel” their kids were in, to their detriment. So, weirdly, despite some terrible health fallout for me and my two eldest children, I’m actually grateful for that “divine tap on the shoulder.”
Not one person, ever, told me that vaccines weren’t safe or effective — I had to learn this the hard way. (This is why I buy the books that helped me stand up to the White Coats and say no: so I can give them to strangers. I have even been known to talk to strangers in restaurants and stores and on the street.)

Unfortunately, my life has been peppered with hard life lessons — on more levels than I care to even explore. Lessons like:
What NOT to invest in.
What NOT to do for my health.
What NOT to do to my children just because “everybody’s doing it.”
(Luckily, God is good, and I’m somehow still alive and so are my kids … and I’m not on welfare, yet.)
My Family’s Three Vax Injuries
Here’s what happened to me as a result of my ignorance of potential vaccine dangers:
1. My son was severely injured by his first round of injections.
My totally healthy 9-lb. first son got the vaccines at 4.5 months, and suddenly he was in and out of the hospital for a full year, and on a merry-go-round of steroids, antibiotics, and bronchodilators delivered by “the breathing machine.”
We’d give him an inhaled steroid and albuterol treatment every four hours — and start biting our nails after two or three hours, because symptoms worsened, but we knew he had to endure a four-hour wait until his next “breathing treatment.”
It’s heavy to see the photos of my son with a virtual “gas mask” on his face, at one and two years old, knowing that I was on the pharma treadmill, with no tools, yet, to get off.
2. A flu shot took ME down — for four years!
That same year, I was injured by a flu vaccine. And my health was devastated. It took me four years, spending most of my time in bed (while trying to parent two young children), to regain my health … a story all its own, and the reason I became the “Green Smoothie Girl” online.
(In fact, making green smoothies was one of the things I tried, to help me and my son start getting well. It’s a strategy that “stuck,” because it moved the needle the right direction!)
3. My daughter got three autoimmune diagnoses after her first round.
My second child, who was also perfectly healthy until that same round of vaccines at 4½ months old, suddenly had severe asthma, as well as eczema and allergies (a three-pack: all are autoimmune conditions that correlate highly with vaccines, and these symptoms/diagnoses tend to “cluster” together).
But no one — and I do mean no one, in the medical system — will tell you this. To do so is to beg for career termination.
The rare pediatricians willing to go from room to room talking their patients out of revenues they need to keep their pediatrics practice afloat, are just a few nationwide. They include Dr. Larry Palevsky in New York, who has not administered a vaccine in 20 years, and Dr. Paul Thomas in Oregon, who is in a fight for his license, and is also suing the Oregon State Medical Board for all they’ve put him through.
Dr. Palevsky has survived by becoming a “magnet practice” for unvaccinated families. Unfortunately, this requires “cash-pay only,” meaning those who cannot afford to pay for medical care must remain in the vax mills of mainstream peds practices.)
How I Took Charge
So, when my third child (who remains entirely unvaccinated to this day) was a year old and developed chronic ear infections, I’d take her to the doctor just to have him or her look in Mary Elizabeth’s (Libby’s) ears and tell me how bad it was.
I would walk out of the office with an antibiotic scrip — which I never intended to fill — and then I’d try one or more of the many natural treatments I had discovered over the previous year.
Why no antibiotics? Because by then I was aware that:
More than 90% of ear infections are viral, so antibiotics have no power to knock them down.
The devastation antibiotics cause to the gut and immune system.
Placing tubes in the ears, requiring 15-minute gas-anesthesia surgery, seemed less risky than a course of antibiotics.
So, I ditched the antibiotics and knocked down most ear infections myself. And twice when I couldn’t, due to her having very tiny ear/nose/throat passageways, as I do, we had tubes installed, which solved the problem.
(The first set had to be replaced after she dislodged them jumping into a community pool. We didn’t let that happen with the second set.)
Our Pediatrician Gave Us the Boot
So, anyway, I brought Libby to the pediatrician to take a look at her ears, and she asked me, “Is she fully vaccinated?” I said, “No.” She asked, “Why not?” And I said, “By my choice.”
She then gave me the expected antibiotic scrip, and discharged me from her pediatric practice. She said, “Get your records, and don’t come back, because your children are a threat to the other children in the practice.”
After crying all the way home, I wrote a four-page letter to the pediatrician that basically said:
If my child is a threat to the practice, and the rest of your practice is fully vaccinated — do the vaccines work, or not?
Of course, she didn’t answer me. It’s not likely really about her personal convictions, or “protecting” the rest of the practice. At the time, in 1998, 23% of Utah’s children were not fully immunized.
Ask a pediatrician you know about the incentives for getting a certain very high percentage of their patients vaccinated, and the punishments (lost revenue and more) for falling below that threshold
See if your pro-vax friends ever answer you with careful, methodical reviews of actual science. The legendary Dr. Sherri Tenpenny has collected more than 15,000 vaccine studies into a database. In my June 2020 interview with Dr. Tenpenny, she discusses how published studies often get unpublished and/or hidden, their links get moved, and their MD and PhD authors get discredited.
Today, I’m far more aware of the corruption and indoctrination of the medical cartel. But back then, I cried all the way home, just because the industry depravity was new to me.
Meet Two of My Heroes
When I was going through the trials with my children, and deciding not to vaccinate, today’s medical freedom heroes like Dr. Sherri Tenpenny and Dr. Larry Palevsky weren’t yet on the scene.
I was desperate for information, and by grace, I found these two men’s books:
Dr. Randall Neustaedter, OMD — Dr. Neustaedter is one of my all-time heroes, and I credit him for being part of saving my children. His material is perfect for a newbie, someone barely willing to contemplate anything that questions the “science” of vaccines.
(His methodical, unemotional review of each vaccine’s risks, and the actual danger from each “childhood disease” makes this book a great choice to give people not yet particularly open minded to the harm of the entire vaccine schedule.)
In his book The Vaccine Guide: Making an Informed Choice, which I read back then, Neustaedter goes through the published literature on safety and efficacy one injection at a time, assessing the risks and benefits of every single injectable medical product the CDC recommends (requires).
I interviewed Dr. Neustaedter on my Vibe Podcast in August of 2021, here:
Ep. 241: Dr. Neustaedter Reviews Each V’s Risks and Benefits
Neil Z. Miller – A medical research journalist and director of the ThinkTwice Global Vaccine Institute, Miller’s writings taught me some mind-blowing facts. For example:
Japan did not immunize infants, starting instead with two-year-olds, and they essentially had no SIDS. (Therefore making you wonder, is SIDS a cover-up for vaccine-related death?)
Polio and smallpox disappeared in non-immunizing countries faster than it did in immunizing countries. So much for the response of your friends any time you question any vaccine. It goes something like this: “Polio. Smallpox. Mic drop.”
Miller has written six books on vaccines. The one I read was called Vaccines: Are They Really Safe and Effective? His most recent book is Miller's Review of Critical Vaccine Studies: 400 Important Scientific Papers Summarized for Parents and Researchers, a well-organized and concise compilation that provides the little-known “other side” of the vaccine story.
I also interviewed Miller last August. You can check it out here:
Ep. 240: The Man Who Taught Me 25 Years Ago Why V’s Injured My Kids
Keep in mind that what I have shared in this article are the essential tenets of these two authors’ works that have remained with me, 25 years after reading them in the 1990s.
I am grateful these men are still alive, still researching, and still fighting for medical freedom, more than a quarter century later — an entire generation! It was a great honor to connect with and interview them last year.

My friend Richard carries around printed literature and starts a conversation with every pregnant woman he sees, hoping to save a life or save a child from being sentenced to autism or many, many other miserable outcomes.
You could save the link to this blog post I wrote, Why I Stopped Vaxing My Kids in 1995, in Notes on your phone. Then, as you run across pregnant or new parents, you can invite them to take a look at it, and listen to any of the five jaw-dropping interviews it links to (the two mentioned above, as well as Dr. Sherry Tenpenny, Dr. Paul Thomas, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.)
You will never find parents as open minded as they are when they’re about to have their first baby. After that, “cognitive bias” kicks in, and people are less likely to review information that conflicts with the decisions they’ve already made. (I’m sure you’ve noticed this, in the two years since the Covid-19 “vaccine” first emerged).
You will never find parents as open minded as they are when they’re about to have their first baby.
So please join me in talking to every pregnant woman you know … especially first-time moms!

Robyn thank you for this. At 73, I missed most of what you experienced in favor of just getting and passing along the diseases like measles and mumps. Parents used to have German measles parties just to get past the inevitable.
Looking at the amount of money on the table for what amounts to medical graft it is appalling and how doctors can play the game at their patients expense is appalling.
Thank you again for shining the light on this season of crime.
